This ensures that there is an honest assessment (including self-assessment) by the parties about the prospects of complementary benefit and the successful integration of practices and personalities.
Required Candidate Attributes
Appropriate candidates will be experienced (10+ years) practitioners who:
are recognised as quality commercial property solicitors
are driven, independent, self-motivated and highly organised
have a complementary property practice they wish to focus on servicing and expanding
are seeking greater flexibility, satisfaction and reward for results
possess very strong technology skills and extended software proficiency
are willing and able to integrate smoothly into an existing team and systems
eager to deliver services in a manner that better suits clients
are environmentally and socially conscious
